This is an office, retail and tavern development in the CBD of Campbelltown, which Knapp Property Group acted as project management with regards to the site acquisition, planning, appointment of architects, appointment of builders, council approvals and finally development and then leasing. The project has been on sold.
This two storey office building, together with 70 underground car parking spaces was developed by Knapp Property Group prior to being on sold. All planning, council approvals, architectural work, financing, valuations, feasibility and lease documentation was managed by Knapp Property Group.
Knapp Property Group have had an involvement in Narellan Town Centre over the past 14 years and leased stages 2, 3 & 4, together with involvement in other advice such as valuations, lease planning, mix and match of the centre etc. Knapp Property Group were heavily involved in the major tenant leasing for the adjoining project.
